Mark Leonard

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Leonard's experience spans nearly 25 years and encompasses a variety of industries, including computer software, retail and prepaid payment solutions. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Business Development/ Sales and Trade Marketing at InComm, Inc., a leader in prepaid and payment solutions, where he developed and led new revenue opportunities, ran all existing retail channels, and contributed to the firm's mergers and acquisitions activities. Previously, he spent five years at Blackhawk Networks, a publicly traded company that serves as the leader in the prepaid, gift card and payment industries, where he held the position of Group Vice President of Alliances at Blackhawk Network, overseeing both new and existing retail business across the US. Prior to Blackhawk, he served as President and Executive Vice President of Astoria Software, a database management software company. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of KargoCard, China's largest prepaid card company. Prior to his distinguished business career, Mark played baseball professionally for over 10 years.

Curt Thornton

Founder, Chairman & Chief Operating Officer

Curt Thornton has more than 30 years of executive experience in technology and general management – both domestically and internationally in multiple markets. Mr. Thornton has successfully launched four start-ups, taking one company through an IPO, and most recently taking Provision public through a reverse merger.

As Founder and CEO of Provision, Mr. Thornton has created an impressive board of industry leaders including the former CEO of Apple Computer, and formed partnerships with companies such as Rite Aid, Intel and Fuji.

Prior to founding Provision, Mr. Thornton served as Executive Vice President of the Iwerks Entertainment Corporation, where he was responsible for the assimilation of two acquisitions that positioned the company as the market leader in projection technology. He also held senior management positions with Nortel and Tandon Computers.

Over the last two decades, Mr. Thornton has traveled and conducted business around the globe, managed corporations on several continents, and has been an instructor at the University of California and California State University campuses.

Mr. Thornton holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Engineering from Western Illinois University.

Jon Corfino

Director

Jon Corfino is the Founder of Attraction Media & Entertainment, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2001. Mr. Corfino served as President, Theme Park and Location Based Attractions at Stan Lee Media Inc., since joining in February 2000. Previously, he served in various executive capacities with Iwerks Entertainment Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President of Film and Executive in Charge of Production since March 1998, and prior thereto, as Vice President of Attractions, Vice President of Owned and Operated Operations, Director of Studio Operations and Production Manager. Over the past seven years, Mr. Corfino supervised the production and/or acquisition at Iwerks of more than 30 Specialty films, i.e. Simulation, Attraction and Large Format films.

Mr. Corfino previously worked at MCA Universal in various capacities, and assisted in the development and hosting of presentations to potential sponsors and investors in the Universal Florida and Japan theme park projects. As a Project Manager in the Planning and Development group at Universal, he was directly involved in the creative development and construction of a variety of projects and attractions, including 'The Star Trek Adventure', 'Back to the Future' The Ride, Studio Center expansion, 'ET the Extraterrestrial' and the 'Special Effects Stages'. Mr. Corfino has been Director of Provision Holding, Inc. since March 2008.

Vince Burke

Director

Mr. Burke is currently a partner in the BGJ Group, a global consultancy company focused on the supermarket, mass retail, convenience, drug and specialty channels. He has more than 37 years of experience in the mass and specialty retail industry, developing relationships with the leadership teams at many of the most respected retailers in the country. Prior to joining the BGJ Group, Mr. Burke spent 34 years with Hallmark Cards, the world’s leading social expression company. During the latter 18 years of his tenure, he served as Vice President Strategic Relationships & Business Development, where he was responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with the highest level of leaders at retailers, key licensors, CPG companies, and industry trade groups. Mr. Burke also led Hallmark's new business activities and played a lead role in many retailer contract negotiations. He sits on the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Advisory Board, and the Global Market Development Center's (GMDC) Education Leadership Council.
